As of last night, my best friend Randy was officially on his way home to Houston from the navy. His separation leave started yesterday afternoon and he was super anxious to get on the road already. He'll be going through California (to visit another friend in San Jose) then going across to visit me here in Dallas-Fort Worth before heading down to Houston. The trip will take longer but it'll probably be more scenic and fun for him. If you see a maroon Dodge Avenger with a big spoiler on the back, body kit, and rims on the freeway driving like an asshole; that's probably Randy. Hahaha.

I'm planning on going to a show Friday night at The Door. It's just local hardcore bands, but it's another show before the semester starts. I'm supposed to see that hardcore chick I met at Evergreen Terrace there, too. That'll be cool, I guess. I don't know; I'm kind of laissez-faire about chicks right now.
