so i find it amazing that my department is having all these problems and drama because my boss isn't doing her job and yet when the big boss comes in they end up chatting and goofing off and surfing facebook like a couple of 8th graders and nothing gets fixed.what does it take for someone to go "ehy, your boss is a screw up. lets fire her and get someone better"...apparently the whole company is full of idiots who just want to gossip and fuck off all day...FML
