hello everyone...tghis week at work has been nuts! ive made so many cakes its nuts lol like 8 cakes a day on top of making canolis, brownies and cupcakes too! i slept like 15 hours and now i feel awsome! now im gonna finally make the carrot cake ive been trying to make for 2 weeks. i just havent had the chance till now...its going to be a really moist carrot cake with pineapple chunks, walnuts, sailor jerry-marinated raisins, and lots of carrots...and im going to ice it with a pineapple creamcheese icing! i cant wait!
