Time to do that blog thing again. You know, the stuff I sometimes type in here that no one ever reads? Yeah, that. So I finally picked up my running again, after a way too long break, the goal is to run San Antonio ROck N Roll Marathon in under 3 and a half hours...if I can hack it, maybe I'll try to qualify for Boston. Another note toward running, don't try and do more than a couple miles in Vibram Five Fingers shoes without the proper Injinji toe socks, unless you enjoy matching blisters on the tops of your feet that don't like to go away. Other than that, shower time then relaxing until I sleep.

Hey, I happen to read your blogs when you do ocassionally write except for the short period of time my account was expired. I happen to think you are interesting regardless of how you feel about yourself. I wish you the best of luck with the running. That would be quite accomplishment. I am personally going for the "Gimp of the year award." Who knows? I would settle for an honorable mention...*giggles* Take care of those blisters. Do not pop them while the sun is up. It burns more. I actually think doctors advice against popping them at all, but it feels so much better when you do.

I didn't mean that to be a sad me story, was an attempt at humor. It is a blog after all, if people read it coo, if not no biggie. BUt yeha, I have reverted back to my regular shoes for teh longer runs, they are time tested ( I have over 700 miles on them).
