NY is small for being so big. Last week I went to the bank and ran into someone from my work. Today I go to the laundromat and run into a different person from my work who apparently lives 4 houses down from me...
You'd think the city would be so crazy that you'd never see anyone really, at least that's how it feels to me. I'm definitely passed the initial 'I'm still a toursist' phase, but I still haven't settled into life in NY.
The job has leveled out and I will continue to grow and be happy there. Yet it feels that it's time to start something new. What that is I'm not sure. Maybe I'll get back into an old hobby, or start reading about something intensively. I suppose I should cook more but it's hot as shit so we'll see.
I can honestly say I'm happy though. Still wouldn't mind meeting a girl though...
