I started The Love Diet with a brief statement about the beautiful @fresa so I thought it fitting to finish it with a congratulatory mention for making SOTD. I have mentioned it a million times in blogs and I will continue to shout it across rooftops worldwide about how a humble and very human purple haired girl next door could change the life of a naive amateur poet starting with a simple smile. Lacking a relationship that was ever more base than two people seeking a need to share space and time on this continuum it's been problematic to find anyone who could take my hand and guide me down the paths I've only ever peeked down as I walked my own two feet on parallel rocky grounds. I pretend to be great with words yet I stutter in nervous conversation and re-type things a million times because my brain is an anxious mess that doesn't translate structure very well. I'm just a dude, plain and simple.
Here we find @fresa as this woman who is equally flawed as the rest of us but beautifully so. Do you remember my post about perfection being an individual situation? We aren't perfect when we compare ourselves to anyone else no matter how near or far they may be, but when we sit down and list our accomplishments we can see that we are the perfect fit for this world. We are ourselves with every mole, stupid mistake, nervous breakdown, discoloration of skin, choice to do the wrong thing (as long as we make up for it anyway), and just about any situation we deem imperfect when we look in the mirror and judge ourselves. She's perfect because she tripped on her shoelaces once or twice, forgot to do something she did a million times prior, and still might say the wrong thing because emotions affect her as deeply as any. This isn' about what she did wrong, but how she's done right and in the face of everything light or dark she's put a smile on her face and given us a reason to do the same. She's offered to share her physical beauty to inspire the wordsmiths, artists, fellow models, and the simple folk just looking for a piece of sunshine on a rainy day. She gave all of us a lot more than she might realize and it spread like a seed to grow within this community and I am forever grateful.
I don't personally know her and I've never had that lucky moment to give her a hug and say thank you directly to her cute little ears. Still I can look in those eyes through @smashbase, @writeboy, @lady, @thelabrat, @caustix, @gemmaedwardsuk, and @sawa to see a soul worth knowing, a heart worth loving, and a human worth the gift of smile. I could go on and on, raving day and night, giving words upon words about the worlds she's opened up as a few pearly whites shines and her eyes refracted emotional rainbow arrays I can see when I close my eyes. There's no one like her and despite how awesome a thousand clones might be it's really amazing that there's this one particular @fresa and many of us have had the chance to get to know her better in one way or another. Her curves will be the fantasy for too many fools to count, her eyes a treasure for next explorer hunting for the rarest of prizes, that smile a ray of light guiding us as stars do the sailors through calm waters, and that spirit an inspiration for the ones lucky enough to have once said hello. This final chapter is dedicated to her, she who walks in beauty, strides in dreams, and gives way more than she's ever received. This one is for you, my love, the beautiful @fresa.

After all this talk of beauty and smiles I had to throw this one our here because it took me by surprise. @tink is pretty adorable, but when this smile hit my screen I almost fell out of my chair. There is nothing like a smile, a truly emotional and full of spirit upturned curvature of lips guiding hearts and souls to heavens we only thought was beyond our means of understanding. Heaven may or may not be some kick ass club behind a giant set of pearly gates, but this is the type of heaven I'm sure most of us could agree upon when we see something like this cross our vision and we're suddenly transported emotionally to a realm that confuses us just enough to look at our Vans to see if we're still grounded. Turns out we are among the animal kingdom and this sort of heavenly presence is a gift by either the trickiest of cruel gods or a loving being connected through us like a string running through every single atom available. Whatever your belief or description of how a smile affects you there is no denying that one just as pretty as this will linger on as you wade through muddy waters in the imperfect lives we lead.
Did I just say imperfect? I said we were perfect as individuals trying to get by, but that doesn't mean the weird little influences from the outside are perfect. We might get that "perfect breeze" during a summer wedding at the beach but we're not going to call a rained out ballgame the most ideal of situations when we wanted out of the house for a fun night. Hence, we get that guiding light from beauties like this offering us a way to find light through those days that coffee barely adjusted. Plus, I really wanted to give the gorgeous @milloux props for being one of the most amazing SGs for ages. She's been breaking hearts for years and giving us thousands of dreams to inspire daily lives.

It's about time this beauty had the chance to work with @fishball. She's shared the spotlight with other amazing women such as @ivylina and @karanlit and even the huge crew including @nayru, @mandeelou, @marlene, and @indigo in Southern Belle. Here she gets the chance to shine with a smile and a little sun. I guess we could technically say she's had a lot of opportunities to reflect the sun off that soft porcelain skin, but just stick with me. I'm not sure any set will meet head to head with Oiseau Bleu by @lady because it was one of the most phenomenal sets this year, but to say I wasn't leaving little pieces of my heart like rose petals in hopes she'll pick up the hint after every new set would be my biggest lie of the year. She's a sweetheart and that smile is the only evidence you'd need, but I highly suggest giving her the chance to offer a few pieces of candy otherwise.
I know I already asked @silvery and @sarahmoon for a pool date, but I think I would have to include @lilymai so that we could have some two on two match-ups with that beach ball. I might not look as great in a bikini or pretty much anything, but I can bake cookies? The pool date may be a fantasy of mine. The smile, however, is no mere fantasy and that petite frame is just as cute if you care to take a skinny dip into this set. 💙

Wildest Dreams also by @r_girardiwas a phenomenal set that somehow never made FP with a few hearts below that 3k mark. Kitty Kat by @crisro is one of the sweetest and most adorable sets that will make you fall in love as if she was some sort of childhood sweetheart mixed with the cutest kitty ever. I Hate Everything is one of @coolicio's most underrated sets as well as @mandeelou's because it's still one of my favorite cosplay sets and they both did a fantastic job at making it both dark and sexy while keeping that Addams Family spirit true. I won't go into a rant to upset or offend anyone, but this set is long overdue for FP. It might be the lowest rated set, but when a woman like this can hit 4k with most of her sets then it becomes relative to call something "low rated". Honestly, I love that set and to anyone who reads this I ask that you go give it love if you have not already because I, personally, would love to see the hearts add up and equal her other sets. You will not be disappointed and it's the perfect set for October/Halloween. Mirrors by @chinaski was another breath-taking visual journey. Cowabunga with @marlene was pretty radical, dude.
This particular set, however, is perfectly casual and sensual. She's the girl next door meets the supermodel of my dreams. This set along with @rileyash's shot by @dojikko have just made my entire year. I've, honestly, not felt as emotionally connected or in love with anyone as I have between these two sets. @mandeelou is a phenomenal woman of talent and beauty. Her eyes endearing, her smile sincere, and the way she moves her petite female frame to quench the romantic poet's thirst for inspiration. She's as much a rock star as she is a friend. We've seen the darker side and the adorable side, but they perfectly mesh into this beautifully shot set that even offers a new appreciation for @r_girardi. I love you sets, my friend, but this one went levels above everything else and I'm quite impressed. I have to say that I'm happy I was able to spew this many words out for your digital reading pleasure, but I'm still quite speechless so I know I barely did this set the justice it deserves. How does one translate emotions into words and offer a description that equals the truth?

@akiramai is one of the wisest women I've met on SG. She's always posting honest blogs with very sage advice that will give you a new outlook to help guide you on that path to becoming a better you. Seriously, I've read a few posts on love that I could agree with on the surface but I knew full well my mental state was having trouble following along to the brighter outcome. Talk is cheap and action is priceless. We can all agree a few words here or there match our way of thought but how many times do we practice those thoughts instead of taking the easier or more clumsy way out of it? I won't take up the whole post about words she's shared with me/us, but for the uninitiated or people looking to find an honest soul to help guide them to better days you don't need to look too far.
This set is the Lady Gaga of Metallica. Did you see that performance by the way? It's a Metallica themed set, but @akiramai is way better looking than any of those gruff metalheads and a lot more Gaga without the crazy accessories. She's the beautiful woman unafraid to get a little dirty and share every sensual curve from her lips to her hips. She is unafraid to be herself and speak or act as honestly as she can. Her eyes are a vast ocean of emotion and knowledge, beautiful to gaze into and as calming as the clear blue sky. She's the type of girl that's physically attractive enough to steal your eyes, but once words exchange it's inevitable she'll steal your heart, too. I'm not saying she is Lady Gaga or fitting the same eccentric lifestyle, but the reference felt fitting with a Metallica themed set. The truth is she's @akiramai to the full extent. She's the fuel, the fire, and that which I desire. I could probably sit here and relate Metallica lyrics to her one way or another all day, but it would reach way out there and take up more time than you probably have so I'll spare you. I guess the set is appropriately titled because after one look you'll be seeking her out and while it won't be quite as destructive it will be a heart-breaking experience because she can't love every single human on this planet after all, not like that. No, she's a great person I admire with all my heart. Like @fresa she's been a big inspiration and I would love to offer her a million hugs in thanks for all that she offered even unwittingly.
Now I'd love to Enter Sandman so dreams of her could fill my weekend. I know that wherever you lay your head is home, but I highly suggest if you're going to roam then this is one set you should definitely put on your map.

@voidna caught me by total surprise when I saw this set sitting in MR. I love a cute smile and I could gaze into a pair of gorgeous eyes forever, but these mocha delights and the almond shape frame left me speechless.
If it was a request to show you a photo of someone that would make me trip on my own shoelaces after falling in love at first sight this would be the perfect example. Never have I felt quite this compelled to reach out and caress soft cheeks, cupping them in my hands to lean in for a kiss after first gazing for what could be minutes or hours. Her lips a perfectly serene dream, her hair waterfalling behind her ears upon shoulders and leaking onto her gorgeous petite frame. Her curves the perfect shape to offer a visual representation of what a a gentle breeze should feel like on a heavenly day. I already mentioned two of my most favorite sets of the year and gave ample words of praise for my dearest and most beautiful of friends, but this new girl deserved a spot for the amount of awe she put into the push that found me off my chair and upon the floor. My bum is a little bruised, but I'll be okay. Thanks for the concern.
I never used up all my imaginary wishes yet did I? Hopefully someone else was keeping track over the past year because I'd love to wish for a chance to gaze into those eyes for a while. I don't need much else. Sure, I'd love to woo her for a lifetime supply of dreams every morning, noon, and night, but I'll settle for the simple. @ayah did an amazing job catching a smattering of playfulness over the serene sensuality that played out like a gentle love song on the violin. I can hear it now as I close my eyes and imagine myself close to the music and this beauty. @voidna, I don't know how you do it, but if I'm to be honest I have to say that I absolutely adore you.

I don't remember if I've had the chance to feature her yet or not, but this set went SOTD and I'm still crushing pretty big on this lovely young lady. Pizza, purple, and Tolkien usually make a pretty big impression on a simple fool such as myself so it was an easy fall, but getting back to attempt to keep up with those lovely curves, big smile, and penetrating eyes was another situation I'm proud to struggle through every time I fall. It's inevitable, I'll fall over and over again at the sight of her so I could only imagine if luck allowed me a moment in her physical presence. I'm not going to lie to you, I'm still lost wandering those curves and the game of hide and seek behind sheer white sheets is already my favorite game to play. I can see her smiling right through the sheets so it's a little obvious where she's hiding. This playful fantasy nerd is about as cute as you can get and I'm still biting my lip trying to pull myself away from admiring too long. It's rough, but I do have one last bonus before closing this post out so I best move on!
@kiibaby, @narsil, @jacqueline, and @jessieoops just released sets today that weren't previously on my list and @kpax teased me with a set coming out later today (I believe) so those sets will be featured in a future blog post, but I still believe they deserved honorable mention. Sorry you're getting left out. I know I sometimes tease sets I haven't even looked at yet, but I've already reached my limit of work for the day before heading off to relax with some Netflix and gaming. You're still on my mind, loves. Soon.
I wanted offer a bonus Halloween tribute to @wednesdaya because the truth is she's a perfect fit for the beautifully perfect and scary month of October. I already forgot who mentioned her in a blog post, but one of the photographers or models dropped her name and I had to sneak a peek. Shortly after I was leaving love on her sets and crushing just a bit. It's hard not to feel a few extra thumps once you lay eyes on her, but after this I have a little hope I might actually get to know her a little better. She's cute. She comes recommended by a few friends I trust dearly. Why not? 😉
Wow! I love the dark hair in all the later sets, but the blonde hair and maroon lingerie and knee socks are quite the eye catching and breath stealing features. Aside from having a beautiful face upon which I hope not to creepily stare at in silence. Where was I in early 2016 when this set came out? Obviously not on SG to my heart's discontent.
This set is fantastic, but I had to share that smile. I love a good smile and this one is surely one to keep in the memory banks for dreams to come. She may be wearing dark colors like one might expect from a cute goth, but that smile is heavenly. I'm won over right here. I let a few spells be cast over me during the witch doctor phase, but this set is up my alley and the very type I could love over and over again until you probably thought I was just a simple weirdo. Honestly, I love this set!
I know I'm giving too much away, but my heart be still because I am falling too deep into this rabbit hole of love. Major swoon. I am not even going to attempt words at this point. Swallow my soul in your gravitational black hole of a beautiful heart, allow me this moment to caress your curves and adhere to your gaze with my own eyes. 😅

Somebody throw me in a furnace, nope, I'm already there because it's sweltering hot in here. This is that smoldering Wednesday Addams I only dreamed could ever be true and here she lies in the flesh stripping away the dark and offering a little relfection of light off her pale, beautiful skin. I'm just going to quote myself on this one.
"A little bit of that dark Wednesday Addams charm and a smattering of sun rays, the lovely @wednesdaya was as much a mystery before today as she is a current infatuation causing a few nervous butterflies in my stomach and trembles in this aging schoolboy heart of mine. While I'd love to tango as Gomez and Morticia if she'd dare take my hand I must admit she'd be the lead as my skills are not as sharp as the blade she used to enter my ribcage straight to my heart (metaphorically speaking). Sweet dreams are made in darkness, so I guess we can say she's made the most lovely of dreams erupt deep within with Addams finesse." per my set commentary.

This set may already be a year old in MR, but it's perfect for another round of Halloween in 2018. I've already praised @caustix a hundred times over for more recent sets, but it's worth taking a leap back seeing some of the amazing stuff that came out a year ago. Luckily a year ago today was almost Halloween and the release date for this set.
"This gorgeous lycan may not share the hairy disposition of the wild and wooly lycanthropes such as yours truly, but you'll still find me howling my love request to the moon on a nightly basis. While many might think my love stems from the beautiful capture by the talented hunter @caustix , the truth goes much deeper into the wild heart of such a sensual creature. Ask me to describe my perfect mate to run free with in the wilderness and @wednesdaya would fit snuggly into the description. Though if it were simple some sexy Netflixing or my longing silence the answer would remain the same. Her penetrating eyes and sleek curves transform my hungry heart into loving beast." per my set commentary. I did make a little grammatical error that I fixed in this post for the people with a keen eye for change.
I hope you enjoyed this final chapter in the Love Diet. It's sad that it must end, but there are plenty more blog topics and sets I have to cover under other titles so don't think I'm done or gone just yet. Keep an eye out because I'll likely tackle a hopeful themed post next before coming back to do my general MR coverage. Any comments or suggestions are welcomed. I'm always looking to find great themes to cover, more names to add to the hopeful list, or even some insight into upcoming sets so that maybe I could start up a previews-style blog.
