a friend of mine is coming to sanfran today... and doesnt know that many people at all... kinda doing the solo thing. i was just trying to link him up with good people for his stay.

for entertainment, have you found the FatGirls Group yet? all we talk about is food and not exercising. sisterhood, i'll tell ya.

you know back in the 1970s there was a running craze and this guy jim fixx...he did all kinds of stuff to promote running and died of a heart attack when he was jogging.
