this is how lame i am... this morning i was peeing and turned around for toilet paper and threw my back out... i about fell off the toilet!!! this has never happened to me before..i have been in excruciating pain since... i sneezed on the way to work and nearly drove off the road... oh pain in my back, please go away!!!!

Our office is down the way from the Denny's on that Hot Springs exit. I have to work out there again tomorrow. A girl in the office had pic's of the snow that fell at her place from a week ago. Can you believe how cold it is I hope the doggies stay inside
