I have been very sad today. I can't even explain why. I think I tend to brush off all the little things that bother me until they build up and get to be too much. I moped around work all day, then I went home and cried.
I sound pretty pitiful, huh?

I'm trying to snap out of it.... I'm sure by tomorrow I will be back to normal.
