500 reps for biceps and 400 for triceps in two days ... heavy weights first and then light weights (not continuously, though) ... the burn is good ...

I just spent the night watching a bunch of much younger people rock out to some bands while grumbling about not being able to play music for people my own age, so I'm gladly accepting condolences on adding another year. Then again, I never want to be their age again, so I guess I'm ahead of the game.
