I'm going to start my new diet. I'm going to start power eating . I have been getting a lot of good advices from the SG/bodybuiling group and what a COOL bunch of people they are . We have been sharing tips and techniques about training and I have been enlightened by their knowledge . Besides, they are good support group because it actually motivated me even harder as I usually work out alone.
Power eating will be to double up my food intake, if I eat a cheeseburger for lunch, I will buy two serving of chicken nuggets (10 pieces total) . If I eat dinner, I will add a half more serving of protein to my original serving.
I usually don't like to eat too much carbs , but I guess I either have to eat more rice, or bread .
and no more skipping breakfast anymore, eggs and sausages all around.
Let's see if I can actually follow thru with this diet .
Also, I won't be working next week, they are sending me to a training class so they will actually be paying me to learn .

And good luck with the power eating. It may take a bit of time for your system to get used to it, but keep at it and you'll start to see results.
