thanks everyone for the input on my scenario, i've decided to just leave it and see whats happens as i am the queen of looking into things and making them seem bad when they aint!

in other news:
i think i have found an apartment and i might be moving in next week *fingers crossed*
the real estate guy wants me to come in on wed and sign application forms infront of him so he can witness them.
cherryfuck said you only do that when u are signing a lease agreement etc OoOooOooO so maybe i have it without even applying yet.
the girls that are in it now broke the lease and put an ad in the newspaper on wed last week, i went in and looked on thursday and rang the real estate people and said i want it! and then the offices were closed and are closed until wed, but i was cheeky and called anyways yesterday. the real estate guy said that noone else has applied and if they have they will be told that someone has already applied for it (me), the only other person who has applied is one of the girls who lives there now but the real estate people dont like her and said she wont get it.
so its a broken lease and im guessing they want someone in straight away
2x1 with own laundry in an apartment block, second floor, even my own balcony yay only $160
