Well I am officially on vacation! Building remodeling at my work for the win! I have 10 days to do nothing. Which is exactly what I'm going to do. Nothing.
Actually that's a lie, I am finishing my first ever dread set, Cranked out 5 new ones last night. They are decent, a few of them need resealing. I need a steamer. D: someone buy me one? thanks. <3 I need to have them done for October, when I will be in California for a week.... Ideally i would like to have them done and installed by like.... Monday so i can wear them during my vacation.
I work with children so I cannot keep them in for extended periods of time. it makes me cry. I barely got away with my red hair, and I have to take out my lip piercings and flip up my septum.
My boss loves me though, and her boss, the BIG boss, is my boyfriends Dad, and also his mom works in the room next door, and I live with them... sooo i do have as light advantage. I'm going to give it a few months, maybe until march, and then I might ask if i can wear dreads at work. XD March I will have been there for a year, so I'll have a little more seniority. I'm hoping.
My dreads are looking nice, like i said. Not sell-able, But hopefully wear-able. Some of my first ones need resealing, and I think i'm only like half way through making them. How many single ended dreads do you need for a full set of hair anyways? I have 22 made atm. My hair is long though, but i will trim it before i put them in.

I know,the color combo is weird, but I of like it. I think next I'm going to do all transitional, with some bright pinks and blues and yellow at the bottom.

Going to six flags next Wednesday. I'm so excited, I used to live in California, and I used to go to Disneyland and Knotts and Six Flags all the time. but i haven't been in a while now that i live in NY. D: I hear they have a safari too? Lulz. Anyways, I'm a roller coaster Junkie so I cannot wait to get my fix. I hope its not too hot.
Wow, I just realized its 5:30 pm and I haven't eaten at all today, and my tummy is yelling at me. think I might go make some of what I like to call Ghetto-laya.
Its shrimp, pasta, andouille sausage, lots of Cajun seasoning, a little bit of butter, a little bit of Parmesan cheese. Its like Jambalaya but not. Tastes like it, but with spaghetti instead of rice, no chicken, and... no veggies unfortunately. I need to make real jambalaya again. so good.
Or maybe I might order a bento box from Nagoya. hrmmmmm.
anyways....that is all.
oh. P.s. I'm lazy and haven't resized my pictures to add them here so since I've been wanting to show it off, here's my most recent tattoo. its about... 3 weeks old now. XD
