Just worked out for the first time in for ever.

I feel awesome!! I did a solid 40 minutes on a stairmaster + treadmill. and not slacking either. fast run /slow jog for both. with an incline with resistance! I am terrrribly out of shape though. D:

I really want to do roller derby but I cannot seem to gather and KEEP the funds to get started. I keep having to pay off some stupid bill or something lame.
