got a new tattoo from ben yesterday. i needed a strange spot on my arm filled. i think it works well. so i am doing a 24 hour mountain bike race in tucson late next month and all the snowing here is making it hard to train so my only choice is doing intervals on the trainer or rollers. i am getting really sick of it. 2 minutes at max 1 at resting pace.... trainers sucks compared to an actual ride. fuck winter
