I bake and I cook from my mind, getting inspiration from books but always have a hard time sticking to the recipe. the hardest part? besides not writting down what I use and how much so I'm not sure I can do exactly the same the next time around ? the hardest part would be finding a name for it, other than "cake". Eating it isn't the problem, its usually the easiest part. so let's say the first one is "delice aux amandes" (a bit of french touch can't hurt)
The other one I want to go crazy so I call it "the cookie cream monster cake"
