I'm feeling quite a bit better, outside of the slight hangover (or is that just sleep dep?), and the a nagging cough... Thanks for the well wishs.

What's been going on in my life?

Not much, attended couple great Stars games.

New Year's eve was not my best ever, far from the worst, though. I did spend it with good friends, and that's a true blessing.

I've been out of touch with my SG Friends, sorry for that. Now that I'm feeling better, I promise to get back to my normal ass of a self.

Cicatrix and I had a long talk about relationships last night. Got me wondering if I'm ready to go down that path again. I'd like to meet someone 'special', but I dunno if I'm really up to it. Then of course there's the, Where do I meet said person? How do I know they like me? All that BS... Life is much simpler just sitting here watching everyone else struggle. *shug*

Also along that line... I had a thought when I was in the shower this morning (all great thoughts come while your in the shower, so maybe this has potional):

I think in most good relationships (friendships, marriages, whatever...), both parties should always feel like they owe the other a favor. Not because the other party expects a favor to be returned, but because they feel like they have been given something precious and it should be returned.

I've always felt this way about my closest friends, and got the impression they felt the same for me. Does this make sense to anyone else?
