So I just got home from work.... my 3rd day. And I got FIRED. Why you ask, because i didnt put a job down that I had 2 years ago and I Quit, (I walked out and left an email. the Job Sucked BAD, no one worked and the Owner sat on the phone all day with friends and didnt get her work done so it was a hostile mess.) I left in the first 90 days of employment when it is voluntary for both the employee and the employer to terminate without notice. APARENTLY the owner said I was Non Re hirable. So the current employer said " If we had known this in the beginning we wouldnt have hired you" and then handed me a check for my 3 days and that was that.

Is this even legal?
So now I can never get a job because of Williams and Ross.... what the fuck is that about?

I thought that Employers werent supposed to contact other employers not liseted on the resume or application, that it was a privacy clause or something. And it was 3.5 years ago that i worked for williams and ross.... i looked it up. Even still. it shows NOTHING of my ability to do the job I was given and do it well.

AND the worst part is its GOD DAMMED HONEY FARMS THAT FIRED ME.

That previous employer can be in big trouble as well as the one that just fired you. Contact the Department of Employemnt asap! This is soo not legal!
