Finally getting back in to shape and I feel dead on my feet. I put on so much extra weight over the last month and a half. I hurt my knee, then I visited my parents house for 2 1/2 weeks, then I got cut in the bar fight and couldn't do a whole lot, but as of Monday I was clear to work out again. Immediately cut to my new diet and work out plan. A cup of plain oatmeal and a handful of plain raisins for breakfast, either some jerky or a piece of fruit for mid-morning snack, a salad and 1/2 a chicken breast at lunch, either jerky or protein shake for mid-afternoon/pre-workout snack, then a chicken breast and raw broccoli for dinner and only drinking water and unsweetened tea(caffeine without calories); nothing after 6 pm except water. 45 minutes to an hour of cardio in the morning Monday-Friday, a second hour to an hour and a half workout in the evening Monday-Saturday, and yoga Sunday morning. Looking to shave off the weight before my Spring Break trip with my friends to Daytona Beach mid-March. When I get back my workout partner and I are starting P90X and training for our marathon.
