right...im feeling brave..... im gonna post the pics i was on about.
so bear in mind ok that the first pic is pretty much flab. any curving belly you see was pretty much already there...its the next pic that shows the difference. im wearing the same thing so its more fair.

ok so please ignore the tracksuit...i dont wear shit like that normally, but its stretchy! and as you can see ive gained a bit..... and i havnt been over indulging either!
