This is another few photos from last Friday's big adventure. I recently turned 21 & hadn't gone to a bar or any clubs until that night. Pictured (above) is my good friend Way Way who actually runs the club & spins tunes regularly. Pictured below is Way Way & Justin Prime himself. As well as myself on the left, I have undergone a rather massive change in the past few months. I feel healthier than ever with the way I have begun to eat & treat my body, I am extremely vigilant as to what I put in it. It's really starting to show as well. I also got a haircut, haha. 'Tis much easier to maintain this way. :P Back on track though, last Friday a few of my friends decided to treat me to a night on the town, as a pretty big artist was in town, all the way from Amsterdam. He goes by the name of Justin Prime. He was an extremely energetic & humble individual, & he was so much fun to watch & talk to. My buddy Way Way, as well as my brother Mike (the owners of the production company) took me back into the green room to socialize with all the artists. I had an absolute blast getting acquainted with all the wonderful people I met that night. The energy was through the roof & the tunes were phenomenal! I did; however, make the mistake of staying too late & finding my car under lockdown in the parking garage. I missed it by 10 minutes... What can I say? I was just having too much fun. Haha! I had work in less than 5 hours & the parking garage opened 2 hours following that, so I was stuck with quite the dilemma. Thanks to some wonderful friends who conveniently lived nearby & a very understanding boss, I managed to come in late after getting dropped at the garage by said friends. What an unforgettably wonderful time it was!
In other news, I am actually getting hired on locally with a rather large company, of which I will feel truly great working for. They go by the name of Owens-Minor. You'll find that name in practically every single hospital across the states, as they are one of the largest distributors out there for medical facilities. My job will be that of simple, yet physically taxing, warehousing. In was informed it can get stressful at times, as some shipments are required same day for surgeries & what have you, making my job borderline life/death at times. I will have a minimum of 40 hours a week, usually mandatory overtime, starting wage of 3 dollars more an hour than what I currently make, full benefits, a 401k plan, & even access to a university for continued schooling if I so desire. What a wonderfully blessed opportunity that was laid before me! I am beyond stoked to get something worthwhile rolling! While I love working on cars, I am tired of being treated so poorly. I deserve more, & I will settle no longer! Onwards to bigger & better things. :)
Life is beautiful. Strive to thrive! Thanks for reading, lovelies. May you find much joy & adventure throughout this magical journey!
Many blessings, kindest regards, & as akways- much love~
Sincerely,
Maxx
