Hello my lovelies!
I hope you have all been absolutely fantastic. I've been riding the rollercoaster of life. Faring rather well aside from the storms that have crossed my paths as of late. Nothing can keep me down for long, nothing can wipe the smile from my face, nor the sweat from my brow, no one except for me myself. I will stand tall, unfaltering in my adventures. Though life may make me weak in the knees at times, I will always come out on top, head high, spirits even higher, soaring above & beyond the very Welkin itself! <3
Since my last post, many, MANY, adventures have taken place. One of which, a brake line in my beautiful little Shadow snapped, sending myself & 2 other individuals off the road flying. It was a very close call, but I was able to steer it right in between a field goal of massive trees, into a horde of smaller bushes- preventing us from rolling. My little Shadow was totaled in the process. Beyond repair. Thankfully, the 3 individuals inside, myself included, were practically unscathed. Something was absolutely looking over us that night. I honestly still feel like that very thing, whatever it may be, is still very much present in my life. I am blessed to be where I am. Alive. Well. Stronger & smarter than ever before. I am in love with life! <3
Here is a picture of my new baby! My friends & family have begun to wonder if I crashed my car on purpose so I could get this one, in return I let them know I would have had much better insurance if that was the case. ;) This little gem is a 1992 Dodge Stealth R/T, 3.0 V6, with only 107,XXX on the odometer. It is a year older than my previous car, yet has roughly 70,000 less miles, much less owners, & has been extremely well kept. I already had all the brake lines inspected & the entire braking system looks phenomenal. Can't ever be too sure with those, especially after my previous one! I am absolutely head over heels for this car. It's so much fun, & it's got roughly a $1,500 sound system in it- as opposed to my previous car with one working speaker & a cassette deck, I'm pretty damn ebullient! <3
All that aside, things at work have been hectic. People coming, people going, so on & so forth. In the mess of things, it turns out I may be the Assistant Manager at my little shop here soon! I'm stoked! Should prove to be a wonderful experience, & I practically already am the Assistant, just not getting paid to do so, so it should be interesting. :)
Last but certainly not least, officially 3 days until my 21st birthday!!!
A mere 3 days before I can legally, officially wreak havoc on my liver & this quiet little town. ;) Haha, I jest. I am not that big on drinking, but I will certainly partake in the modern day's rite of passage. I am exhilarated! I have no plans set in stone, but word around town- several of my friends plan to "break" me. I look forward to a night I will never remember with people I will never forget! <3
Much love, many blessings, best regards~
