I've decided it's time to go talk to someone. I've known for a long time that I probably need it, but just never thought it would help. Well it's time to find out if it will or not.
I haven't been doing too well with my dad's unexpected death last year and I've just been ignoring it all and trying not to think about it and that's only been making it worse. There are other issues too, ones that have been around for much longer so I expect this to be a long process.
I'm just nervous about the whole process. I don't even have an appointment yet (I should find out soon when one place I found has an opening). Wish me luck.
