They do them every few months to get rid of company cars. The cars are always in perfect condition when they sell them, since they're an insurance company and wouldn't dare sell a car that doesn't have bad brakes. Also, as company cars, you know they were maintained every month and only have highway miles on them. I'm happy with my purchase.
