Okay, honestly, I don't really like to blog too much. But I figured I'd throw one out there....
...so, I'm fairly new to SG. I've known about it for a long while, however. Previously, when I lived in Atlanta, I had friends who were either trying to get their picture sets up on SG, or else joined to admire the work of others. When I moved back to Atlanta, a few months ago, I took stock of everything (all subscription-based stuff like magazines, web sites, professional organizations, etc.) and eliminated a few and added a few. SG was one that I added, and so far I've been really impressed.
Yes, there are many beautiful women on here in various stages of undress, and that is a good thing; however, I was really impressed by the artistry of many of the photographs and the diversity of models. In addition, there is a quite active (and intelligent) community on SG that runs the gamut of interests -- that was a bit of a surprise to me. I suspected most forums, etc. would relate to the photos and the models, but I find myself perusing boards about English usage and international travel.
So, while I'm not one of those people that has to update everyone on my life every day, I'd like my first blog post to convey how pleased I am to be a part of the SG community and how impressed I am with the site and the members with whom I've interacted.

Was allerdings derzeit nervt: Die Umlaute funktionieren derzeit nicht vernuenftig!
