I'm feeling a little today. I finally got a good night sleep. Maybe that was part of my problem. My shoulder and neck are still tense and sore, but I'm feeling better... so it's easier to deal with.
I'm getting to go to Boondock Saints 2 finally! I was supposed to see it last weekend, but wasn't able to. I'm really excited about getting to see it, I LOVE the original movie.
And I'm tickled that my English class is almost over. YAY! On Thursday, I start my drawing class. Even though I can't really afford it, I'm going to see if we can get out and get me the supplies I need for the class. I already have the books and once I have the supplies, I'll be ready for class.
I actually started exercising again today. It was an especially big deal as Steve's home today... I (in the past) have had issues doing things like that in front of ANYONE except my kids, (and even sometimes in front of them too). But I got up and started working on my Bollywood exercise... and got through 10 minutes of it. I have issues with my shoulders and there is a lot of shoulder movement, so I have to be careful and work up to being able to do more... But last week when I did it, I was only getting through about 5 minutes. I might also start doing some other exercises too. I can do more with the rest of my body, but with my tension headaches and all, working on my shouders too much at once almost makes me feel ill.
Ok, I'm starting to babble a little bit... and I need to get ready to go out...

A popular fitness mantra I have heard is "Eat Less, Move More." That is for weight loss ~ don't know if that is on your agenda ~ but for me it is about the moving more. It just makes life better.
