so much in the news about all the law suits against the millionaire jerk ass, sexist, egomaniac pig. I know several people who have taken his teacher training course and all agree - he's not a very nice guy. but back before fame and power ate away his soul, he developed a series of postures that give the yogi magical benefits and create the ultimate mind-body connection. I do the yoga about four times a week and it has changed my life.
