rough winter. really cold. lots of snow. thought I might try to get into it this year, but I think that would require feeling good to begin with. am plagued with tummy troubles. has been almost a year since I returned from the tropics and my guts haven't been happy since. summer was not too bad. I always feel good in warm weather. but the cold seems to have made it 10 times worse.

I am so freakin tired of feeling sick!!!!
