So today my mom tried to fax a form to the Better Business Bureau, and had to try over and over and their fax line never connected.
Then she called them and spent forever on hold, and finally got through and was told that the number printed on the form, was the incorrect fax number. Good job, someone there!
So they gave her the right number and she got the fax through, but wow, really gives faith in an agency that supposedly helps inform and protect consumers, doesn't it?

I'm sure it's still good for our business if we can get joined with them and have their nice sticker on our door and everything. Just not very impressive to have them not be able to have their own affairs handled well, much less to have this agency supposedly keeping track of whether other businesses are doing a good job!
