Definitely feels odd to have my day started so early!

So my appointment this morning went very well, insofar as the things I can know for sure.
Now I can only hope for the best desired outcome...
I should hear back within a week, I was told.

I'm going to try not to think about it too much, but I'm going to be hoping hard, too.

Traffic was traffic, pretty crappy stop-and-go in parts, but could have been worse. Probably is sometimes, if there's an accident and not just congestion. Took me an hour and twenty minutes to get there, and 50 minutes to get back, thus indicating the true length of the trip without the rush hour factor.

There's a dog park right next to where I was, which is cool. I walked through there and got said hi to by a few dogs, in the extra few minutes early that I had before going to the appointment. (I got there a half-hour early, and I didn't want to show up quite that early.) That was relaxing and enjoyable, outdoors and animals.

I ended up napping for... most of two hours, maybe, last night/this morning before going. I can feel that I'm somewhat tired, but I'm not sleepy right now. Nothing precludes me from napping today, should I want to.

I wonder if Mom will have time to go shooting with me today. I kind of doubt it, but I'll ask her. I'd really like to get to go.
