Fighting with Cingular again/still.
Last month the upgrade to my plan didn't show up on the bill and I had to call the manager I'd talked to about it twice to get him to call me back. He said he'd "dropped the ball" on putting it through, but he'd get it taken care of.
The upgrade shows on my account now, since shortly after that conversation. However now my second bill shows the credit in the incorrect amount. It's very simple. My plan was upgraded to a $49.99 plan instead of a $39.99 plan. The difference of $10 is supposed to show up monthly as a credit.
So where the HELL are they getting a credit on my account of $7.35?
Now I've been calling this manager back since Monday evening, and no call back.
This is the guy I was all feeling good because I finally reached someone who acknowledged that I was treated badly, misinformed, and that it should be made right for a customer. And then admitted he screwed up in not getting the upgrade put through. Well great, so he's helpful, just incompetent. That still doesn't do me much good.
I want this fixed, I do NOT want to have to spend time and energy on this cell phone crap. I'm glad I have it, it's been great to be able to talk freely, and it's already proven its worth in an emergency, when I had the car accident.
But I am SICK of having to trail behind these people, biting at their heels, yes, like I'm a dog, to get my accounts to be correct and not to have to pay extra beyond what I'm supposed to be charged.
So meanwhile I've got calls in to the manager himself, and to his assistant who followed up with me last time and actually called back to make sure her boss had gotten back to me.
I really don't want to get into one of my hate the world moods, but I don't need this.
