Yay. Feeble, halfhearted expression of joy. The bathroom is clean. Hooray, shiny, spot-free mirrors, hooray scrubbed and uncluttered countertop. Yay.
Often I would listen to music while I clean, but I wasn't in the mood for that today, other than a couple of songs that were in my head. I brought the bird in and let him perch on this funky little magazine-stand thing that's in there for that purpose, and he was glad to be in my company. He was mostly quiet except for one little while where he started talking and talking, so I talked "Marduk boxerrrr" with him for a while.
The cleaning took me longer than I thought and wanted to spend, of course. What I didn't anticipate was noticing how dirty the baseboards, walls, and doors were. Spent a good deal of time scrubbing those before even starting the parts I had considered the original cleaning job. While I was doing walls, I also did some in the hall right around the bathroom, and some in the bedroom, including the door and closet door. So, at least that's a little bit less I'll have to do when I tackle that room, which is next on the list. Has to be done sometime this week or next weekend, something like that. Of course I can hardly wait.
I'm going to sit and do nothing for a while, and then reward myself for the work by getting into some of the stuff I actually want to be accomplishing.

The candles on my journal page... I still have the honey ones, and the sandalwood vanilla. The honey ones are the 2"x9" and are $10 each, and the sand/van are 3"x6" and sell for $12 each. I also do small baby pillars that are 2"x2" that are really nice and $2 each. I can also do a set... people really like the set of 3 with a 3x3, 3x4 and 3x6. I've got a few more almost finished that I need to get pics of on my next days off (tue-wed). I'm running low on wax and need to order more... so if you can't find anything she likes, then perhaps you could do a special order for the holidays ![smile](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/smile.0d0a8d99a741.gif)
