Realized that part of my recent pattern of waking up way too tired is that I'm not sleeping all the way through. Instead of one wake up in middle of the sleep period, I'm sleeping almost through, then waking a short time before the alarm. Short time meaning 10-30 minutes. Effectively wasting that last bit of sleep. Doesn't seem like much, but is.
Knowing the problem does not equal knowing how to change that/having a solution. But I'm pretty sure that is one of the causes of why I'm so tired lately, anyway.
