Well, got the birth certificate. Then made it back from Minnesota alive.
Now, it's the trip to Chicago to the Passport Agency. Man, this has been an expensive mistake. Expensive in terms of money and stress. Today, I feel as though I've been beaten up in an alley. I finally thought to check in to the airlines. By the time I drove, paid for gas, food and hotel, I'd be far beyond the $238 that I found on Southwest.
Talked to Kera yesterday afternoon. She's over in Munich missing me. It's kind of old hat for her as she's spent so much time there. She was really hoping to show me around and look at apartments, etc. with me.
It could definitely be worse, but it sucks!
