hmmm so haven't drank for over a week. and i've lost five pounds, this could be due to that or the laxatives or both. because i've barely lost weight since i've been on weight watchers when i enter in my weight on my weigh in day my points go up because i've not lost weight consistently enough. may have a drink this weekend with a friend...but i'm just sick of being this large.
what else. did a shoddy job shaving the back of my noodle, well it could have turned out worse. i will not bust out a mohawk. so i can at least meet myself half way
oh well.

Alcohol-wise, if you are drinking half a bottle of vodka a day (for example) that's about 750 calories just from the alcohol, so that's an impediment to weight loss. If you can manage with half that, not so bad. If you are drinking sugary cocktails, that's WAY more calories, plus the problematic carbs, which basically make you hungrier. If you can decide you like something like diet tonic + gin/vodka, or meyers's and diet coke, or even dry wine, well, that's something!
Low-fat calorie-restricted WW/JC-ish diets are pretty difficult for men to maintain and are often hugely difficult for women to maintain.
Just my $.02.
