Under the terms of the current contract, we are outsourcing all outsourcing with the clear stipulation that the resource to which the outsourcing has been outsourced cannot themselves in-source but must also strictly outsource and in so doing must also extend into that subsequent outrsourcing agreement the stipulation that that that subsequent source to which outsourcing has been outsourced also not in-source.
Given this set of propagating stipulations, we are almost certainly guaranteed that:
1. No one will ever be able to reconstruct what actual work was meant to be done in the first place.
2. No one is likely to ever actually be authorized to do the work.
3. The stated objectives of every company and organization involved in the chain will be met or exceeded by simply passing the outsourcing along, and management in each organization will receive significant raises and bonuses as a result.
