stoked! my season tickets for Stanford Football came in. This will be the first time I've held season tickets for Stanford Football. Currently I've held season tickets for the Giants for 13 years and once had season tickets for the Oakland Athletics (3 yrs) San Jose Sharks (6 yrs, mini plan) and Golden State Warriors (1 yr/ 20games.)
Not that I think that I'm better than anybody or a bigger fan, but there's something about owning season tickets knowing yer always going to have a regular seat in the ballpark and supporting a team that you've followed all your life. Not all the time when you invest in season tickets it's always going to be .500 season and playoffs every year, but just watching live sports or live music can't be beat.
Again, this is the first time I've invested in Stanford Football. Compared to the 49ers or Raiders, I think $200 for 7 games is a good deal as opposed to $1,000 for season tickets (tho the Raiders just released one package at $208.) I've always been a casual fan since '78 when I saw Turk Schonert to Kenny Margerum on TV. Buying walk up tickets 2 years in a row and seeing Andrew Luck just clinched me getting season tickets and growing a stronger love for College Football.
anyways, regardless where this might end up this year, should be a fun season!

thanx. I think I've bought into what you guys in the College Football group have been preaching. While, Stanford doesn't pack the house like the other colleges, can't beat the young enthusiasm. I actually enjoyed the NCAA more than the NFL last year.
