Hi folks. it's been a long while since I've logged on. So far I've been going out a lot in the day before work and enjoying what San Francisco has to offer to keep my sanity from work. still can't believe it's been a week since I got off a plane in Vegas. Had dinner with some friends and began Punk Rock Bowling 2014 by seeing ALL at the Country Club on Fremont Street. Damn, I'm still trying to recover from all that a week later.

okay, now I sorta feel comfortable saying that it's been a tough 2 weeks seeing my mom pass away. it was a lot of pain going back and forth to the hospital and hoping for a glimmer of hope which wasn't going to be there, but I will say that my mom passed fighting and also did it gracefully and she still looked very beautiful....

"Kill 'Em All" turns 30 today. definitely an important album for me in high school. I grew up listening to Ron Quintana's Rampage Radio on KUSF (college radio) and was exposed to a lot of underground metal. some of it was the "No Life 'Til Leather" demo as well as the KUSF recordings for Megaforce Records.
