i'm kind of worried because i've been awake for about 20 minutes and i still have pins and needles in my hand.

i'm coming back up to bristol tomorrow to go shopping in london on friday with ben.

i tried to write something last night. it started well enough but ended all emo and i gave up before i made permanent on the paper too many whiney thoughts.

ash has gone to stay with his dad for a couple of days until this house sorts itself out. i wonder if everything will at least have attempted to return to normal once i'm back. to be honest, i can't see my dad putting much more time and effort into my mother, but i don't think he's got a lot of alternatives.
