Back at work and back in training... finaly thou to day was crazy... man... never been so tierd after a work out just sat in the locker room and saw only white... been to long sins that I did any kind of work out... and well I have been sick for the past cobble of weeks... hehehe okey I have atlest started agen now I just have to keep on going...

what else... yea whent for a road trip last weekend that was fun all exepted the part where me and my friend desided to ingnor the road is unpassable sign hehehe well we gave it a try and I had to back the car down a hill that had like 10cm of soled ice on it wet Ice so slipery as hell... with lika a dich on one side of the road and a 30 m drop on the other side... and yea it was pitch black out side I saw absoluty nothing...

well we got out of it okey... just took some time... that short cut extended oure trip about an houre...
