Started cooking my standard diet again. Essentially I developed a particular "diet" that I can live with as a standard which is essentially healthy. Basically I make Lamb Stew and Bolognese to freeze in multiple single meal containers. They both have onion and mushrooms with the bolognese using capsicum and tomato and the stew using carrot and potato ple peas corn and string-beans. Probably sounds boring but I enjoy them and it helps me restrain what I eat.
Work is good. Life has settled and I'm able to start exploring though I'm going to have to buy "rough" clothes and boots if I want to explore the nearby dormant volcanoes.
