I have been full of the flu all weekend,
I was out friday night though to see some friends for a few beers.
Now my plan is to sit in bed and try and get healthy

My foot seems better,
Seem to never have anything to actually do at the moment untill the new season stock came in so I pretended to be busy and did some musically productive things.
I will finish writing my bands EP in 2 weeks time (I have a week off):-
The whole EP is conceptual about a zombie apocolypse and comes in 4 parts....

Had work (usual shit really), Then my traditional Ju Jitsu class...
Did a hip throw wrong (fuck knows why) and the guy i was throwing landed pointy elbow down on the top of my foot.
Right now it looks like half a tennis ball is on top of my foot...
If this still hurts this bad tommorow I'm off to hospital...

I know how you feel, I put 7 years into a relationship and all I have to show for it is heartache and a beautiful boy but sadly this is affecting him. All you can do is move on and hope that the next person your with treats you how you deserve! x
