fished my pond yesterday and caught tons of fish. let them all go we had a ham in the oven already. next time i'm eating one of those brook trout 
. there was still about 4" of ice but some water ontop. we caught some perch,walley,crappie,1 bluegill,3 brook trout,1 golden trout,4 rainbow trout. had a blast most fish i had caught thru the ice on my pond in the last few years. plus all the fish are getting alot bigger
