as i sit here knackered from an evening of soccer practice, i must pay homage to a certain young Suicide Gal whos put a smile on my face today...... a face that has been grumpy and moody for some time.......... maybe because im tired, maybe because of the English weather (rain, cold), maybe the dark nights, maybe the lack of funds, maybe because January is...

YA! BATTLE OF THE PLANETS! Thanks for the tidbit of info. That's awesome.

Hhmmmmm.......using your ability to retain info hey......that's up to you to find out. biggrin
A good memory is an excellent thing you know. I wish I had a better one!
............................

I don't mind NYE except the midnight kissing part. I usually end up with no kisses or just some stupid friendly hug. BLAH. I want to swap spit with some hottie! LOL.
I don't usually reflect a lot at NY's. For me it is a time to tie up loose ends. I totally clean my place from top to bottom, get rid of old stuff, try to finish up any tasks or jobs that I have been neglecting or procrastinating about. This way I enter the NY with as clean a slate as I possibly have time for. My resolutions are usually things that I have already begun and need to apply more effort to. F***- ups are mistakes and I don't try to dwell on them. I'm enough of a worry wart.
Ok ...enough with the epic post here!
Hehehehe.......

..........
Oh! And I do care that you broke your finger!!!! I can sooo relate, I think I fractured mine. frown
I feel your pain!

On a day when I lost faith with people, I am rewarded with a little of that faith being restored. They say its the little things in life that make the biggest difference.

Thanks for cheering me up - you know who you are....

kiss

I'm sorry that you lost faith in your friends, and that they are, apparently, insensitive. frown *hugs*

But you my friend, I can guarantee, are not as insensitive as the people you know. Your kindness is very touching, and I appreciate it more than I can say.

Band: Janes Addiction
The time: last night
Venue: Hammersmith Apollo, UK

Still my favourite band of all time - still full of energy. Set included: The beach, Stop!, ocean size, been caught stealing, just because, true nature, jane says and a cool cover of Wild Thing (by the Troggs).

Finally something to cheer me up....
azrael_abyss:
love Lucky lucky lucky lucky you love I wish I could have gone. I want to see them so bad!
woodsta:
They were absolutely awesome. We had a spare ticket in the end - but I guess a "quick trip" from Germany would have been a little too far in 3 hours. frown

theres always a next time.....! biggrin

tedium wends its way up the road of boredom in my head
the path of misery and despair is the surface on which I tread
would i prefer not to be of this world?
Would i prefer to be dead?
Do I wish that i could take back those cruel words that I once said?

Hard hits the sense of failure in a despairing mind...
