I've really started noticing a return to my thinner, more attractive, and healthier self. I went out and played hockey today with a couple of guys on my team and could really feel the overall change in both my physical stature and confidence.

Didnt do much, a little tomato soup with the family, bought a couple of travel guides to Budapest and Prague. I got an iPod shuffle for skating and working out which Im actually loading with its first playlist as I type this. It was a nice, mellow b-day. Just the way I like them.

I've never accepted Los Angeles as a great city. It's little more than antiquated suburbs struggling to handle the ebb and flow of millions of people. Tack on an ineffective local government and their accompanying piss-poor social programs, and viola, it's hell, with much nicer weather.
