A new blog seem to be doing a lot of them lately but this time will be giving a proper update..
For those who may not know I work for a very large well known Global Telecommunications company head quartered out of the US, with Toronto being the head office in Canada.. In Canada we have apprx 150 employees which is pretty small compared to some of the other regional offices.. I am a Billing Manager and have only 3 people reporting to me.. Like most companies there have been layoffs Globally, this has increased the work load for those of us who are left.. That has caused a lot of pressure to still get things done, it has caused the stress level to go sky high and all in all on some days not a very good place to work..
Due to Canada having a smaller Billing dept. then other regions most regions kinda split billing up into 3 separate departments, you have your pre sales billing, post sales billing and Biling Quality Assurance whereas I do all 3
I have this one girl in my department she is the most senior person next to me, for some reason she feels that she does more then everyone else and generally brings the whole department down with her constant complaining not to mention everytime I ask her to do some she continues to bitch about it like it is not fair..In a word she is really starting to piss me off to the point where I I wish she would just leave.. It is tougher to fire people not to mention I am not even sure if I would get approval to replace her and we are barely keeping our heads above water.. I am sick of her constant whining, she comes in late, leaves early, and is on personal calls yelling at her husband.. Yes I take some blame for letting it go on this far but I like to think people should act like adults and be professional and well I just do not have time to micro manage people.. I have escalated to my boss so guess we will see what happens just wanted to get that off my chest..
Now some of you who have been reading my blogs may have heard me mention about doing shoot and filming..
Well I have been doing these short hand job clips, for a new Web site at this time I am not getting paid for it and have done 3 clips thus far, but I am getting referals to other established sites and will be doing a paid BJ shoot on Sunday.. It does allow me to act some believe it or not as we usually given a scenario and then improvise and act out the scenario..
Now I am 45 so some of you may think here is just a old perve looking to get his rocks off, and I know there probably 100s of guys who would give anything to do this.. It is true when they say it is tougher then you think and not everyone can perform with people in the room especially in front of a camera.. I have never been camera shy so it hasn't been a issue with me.. I have been told there have been guys who thought they could do this and when the time came to do it, they were not able to perform..
I am obviously not going to give up my day job and it is kinda fun to do it and the people I have work with so far have been awesome no egos so far
some of you may have even heard of them but will keep that secret for now
Still I have been wondering if maybe I shouldn't be doing this, I am single and not hurting anyone just wondering if a person at my age should be well more conservative.. Feel free to give me your opinion on this good or bad..
Well that is pretty much all the updates I have for now, the clips are strill in the editing phase and they need to some more to complete the DVD and also work on getting their new Web Site up and going.
I am finally taking holidays next week will be off for a week don't have any real plans just need some time off oh and then there is also the SG Canada East Gala Fundraiser this Friday I am sooo looking forward to it
P.S. One of the reasons I tend to maybe offer up to much info on my blogs is well most of you are non judgemental and it does help get things off my chest from time to time and I enjoy hearing people's opinions, advice and comments, which is why I love this site
