Unfrtunately no pictures on this blog I will get to that later, but first a rant as to why I hate my job.

So here it goes, I have a contract person working for me and she fills out time sheets each week and I sign them. Now she is supposed to log when she starts and when she leaves but generally she just puts 8:30 to 4:30, if she is off either sick or just needs a day off she is not supposed to get paid and therefor should leave that day blank. However being too nice I allowed her to book those days and paid her. Now another girl that works for me got wind of it and ratted me out to my boss. So I got reamed from my boss, written up, and suspended without pay for 2 days on one side I now have a 4 day weekend again but on the other side not getting paid for 2 days suck

My company is a large global communication company and the staff are allowed free Internet accounts however the majority use these as they need it to work from home.. Some staff also took advanatage of free hosting accounts, my boss included.However she used it for her husband's company which ethically speaking is a big no no. So she got investigated by my company's ethic and security investigator of which I was also interviewed about as my team processes the deals. Well I stood up for my boss and the case was dropped, she did cancel her free hosting acct and signed up to one which her hubby is now paying for however, still nothing happened to her and as she told me as a manager we should all know better.

Then Friday another contractor works for a guy that reports to my boss was dismissed on Friday and one of the reasons was he was inflating his time sheet and his manager didn't verify if he was there for the hours he worked and inadvertently signed off on them. Guess what folks nothing happened to that Manager, I know they will tell me both cases are different but I am totally sure on that. Also I am not supposed to know this but people talk so I found out..

Now I know what I did was wrong and warranted punishment but then make it equal and I get the feeling it is not, yes some people have done things a lot worse then what I did and were also suspended but still this has left a bad taste in my mouth and especially after almost 9 years of working my ass off there. So been posting and applying for jobs online I know it will take time but wish me luck..

So lets just say Friday and Saturday were not good days for me

There was a event planned with some of the lovely members on here, to go Cosmic bowling, and because of my mood I was not sure if I should go as I did not want to bring anyone down, but I decided I should go and try and have a good time rather then staying at home fuming so I went and guess what I am glad I did I had a blast.

Met kekelyn and BRS for the first time in person, if you think they are awsome just knowing them off this site, you should see them in person and of course SixBoxes

I also would like to thank the ever fantastic Lou_Lou for setting this up and booking the lanes, even if she did almost stab one of the owners with her Harry Potter pen at the end of the night lol

It was also nice meeting nicoletta aswell, I haven't had the opportunity to talk to her off the site but glad I met her in person

I even got to see Vesta and Nate, although they were on another lane so didn't get a chance to talk to them, but let me tell you they are the cutest couple ever

As a idiot that I am I forgot to bring my camera so you will just have to wait till BRS and Lou_Lou post their pictures they took I believe I am in some so looking forward to seeing them

I know there were lots more then but it is early and my head is alittle foggy, so if I didn't mention you my apologies I think you all are awsome

edit from time to time I have posted random nekkidness of myself but usually delete them after a short while I might not have the best body but I am thinking it might be time to post some more what do you think
