i am deeply saddened,(not surprised) by the Gubornator's decision. 
seeing that picture of the first couple married really made me feel happy to be alive, and the fact that that happened at all is amazing. i am thankful that there ARE people in the world who know the right thing to do, that they listen to their heart. I don't know how someone could see those beautiful women together and feel in their HEART that it is wrong (an abomination no less).love is tangible and it comes in many forms, you can see when love is present and when it isn't very quickly.
this is going to be the very basis of where we go from here. do we as a country choose to live and love in fear, or do we stand up and speak out?

it does feel like everything is happening as it should. it's just easy to get disheartened, but that seems to be the goal, doesn't it, to make us loose hope. I didn't really ever think that arnold would stand by and let this be. so no surprise, i'm just glad that the point was made so loud and clear.
