So, I realize that most people say that you need to allow yourself a cheat day every so often when trying to lose weight. I did this yesterday because we were all sitting around talking last night, and they wanted snacks. I gave in to my weakness and had some too. I know that people say this is okay, maybe even good to do from time to time. But I hate it. It feels like I failed. I know I'm probably just being too critical of myself, but hey, that's what I do best. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do you do cheat days?
