FUCK
Ok, a while ago, my roommate Amanda was like, "Hey, I know some bands who want to play a party on Halloween. Maybe they can play here," and I was like "Well, I don't know, maybe." And then later I thought it over and I'm like "no way in hell are they playing here," because of a number of reasons* and then today she comments on my journal like yeah, I inivted a band to play in the basment and they're bringing a keg, so we can just let the people we know in the apartment. NO. Not fucking happening. Our third roommate, Liv, agrees with me. So yeah, now I have to talk to Amanda tonight about the fact that there is no way in hell we're having a band or a kegger here. Fun times. I don't want to get in a fight with her, but absolutely not is there going to be a band and a kegger, and that's just the way it is.
*If the cops show up, which they probably will, we will get tickets because we're hosting the party. I don't have the money for a $1000 ticket. My neighbors upstairs and across the street have had keggers, and they got the cops called on them. Also, it's Halloween, so the cops will be out downtown (not right near my house but still) in full force. Also, keggers= a shitload of rowdy people showing up who I don't know. I hate keggers. We talked about it when we moved in, no huge parties. And if I get a ticket for drinking or anything, I can lose my scholarship, and if our landlords found out they could evict us since it's a violation of the anti-drug crap on the lease. And besides that, the basement is a fucking death trap. It's filthy, it's falling apart, there's wires everywhere; it's basically a huge fire hazard. Dammit, why the fuck would she decide to have a kegger with a fucking band?
However, I did manage to fix my computer (hopefully it's fixed) all by myself.
GOOOOOOODAMMIT why did she invite a fucking band?????
